I would like to be able to comment on Paul Galloway’s workmanship, unfortunately after 5 months I still haven’t had anything produced to base my views on. I am currently £800 down and no gates even though they were apparently built over 3 months ago. I have even offered to hire a van to pick the gates up, but was assured by Paul that he would turn up and install them. Dates were arranged on several occasions he didn’t turn up to any of them. I even asked for a photo of the gates, the response was rude and aggressive, considering I was a paying customer. Now I am having to take legal action to get my money back. All I wanted was some gates for my garden and I still can’t believe what a traumatic experience this has turned out to be for myself and my family. I would strongly suggest anyone considering using this company to think very carefully and be prepared to wait a very long time to get any work done, if at all.
