I went there today as a face painter, hired as an outsider, this is a common occurrence in my line of work. I was very impressed by all the staff and their willingness to help and always with a genuine smile.  Not once did I feel like I was putting anyone out of their way, they even offered to help move my personal things. One young man had to come outside in the snow/rain to raise the barrier in the parking lot so I could get my van inside. 
Hats off to the team at Wednesbury Leisure centre and a great big thank you from me.

Boyfriend and I recently started to swim again and we decided to test out West Bromwich and Wednesbury swimming baths. West Bromwich was definitely better  

Cons; 
Incorrect information provided by receptionist

Pool was really cold 

20p to use a locker and it is not returned. (I forgot to put something in locker so I had to pay 40p to use the locker, which can add up overtime) 

Changing rooms was dirty  (Dirty floor and rubbish everywhere)- In West Browmich  baths shoes have to be covered in bags before you can enter changing room to stop dirty floors. 

Hair dryers took ages to warm up. 

Pros; 
Pool staff and life guards ensured health and safety. Best I have ever seen. 

Toilets were suprisinly clean 

The main thing I did not like was how dirty the changing rooms were. Until that issue is sorted I will not be returning.

Nice clean place, just not happy with them putting price up every few months. Which is wrong, especially if it is running by a council.

I found staff really  friendly. Lots of classes  to attend.  They could have put in more showers there is only 6 for the centre.

Very polite friendly staff, well stocked gym, pool has loads of blocked off kids only sessions, good parking available, recommended!
