Since moving to West Midlands i joined up with Dental Clinique in Walsall - big mistake! Absolutely awful receptionists and dental practitoner constantly spoke to me very rudely and did not care at all for my dental treatment. Have changed to a dentist in Wednesbury. This dentist is by far the best in the west midlands! The receptionist there is absolutely lovely, never come across such a nice person of all the dentist in the UK! Wish alot of grumpy people were like her! Also dental practitoner is very helpful, always goes to the extra mile to look after my dental health. Has also referred me to the dental hospital which they provided me mouthguard retainers for the top part free of charge, which are normally expensive if done on a private dental treatment! Would defo recommend this to all my friends and family!

Decided to change to this dentist as my normal dentist never actually did the work I needed doing and always messed me around. These made me feel very welcome the staff were all polite and friendly, the dentist did a full check and x-ray sat me down and explained and showed me in detail all the work I need doing and how it will be done etc booked in to get it all done next week. I'd highly recomend these if you have a fear of dentists. Won't be returning to crankhall lane dentist surgery again!!
