I thought the staff were quite rude. There were a few young girls there which were lovely and very helpful however the older women who were there - one who seemed to be the manager and the other was doing the alterations - I found these pair to be in the wrong profession completely. You weren’t allowed to look through the dresses yourself, they picked them out for you. We ended up liking a dress there that suited all bridesmaids so we all went back there to be measured. When the dresses came back, it was clear they did not measure us correctly and left no room for alterations. Instead of taking responsibility for it they instead insisted that we had put on weight!! All in all I would never use this “bridal shop” again and would not recommend it

Staff are rude! Got the feeling they were just after a sale as they were saying every dress looked lovely on! Trying to push for the sale of shoes and a bag even though we told them we were just looking for a dress. Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone!

This was a very different experience to other bridal shops I had been to....although there is adequate car parking, the entrance is down trodden and cheap, with budget carpeting and tacky displays. You had to press a buzzer to be allowed to enter the 'shop' and were invited in by who I mistakenly thought was a cleaner but it turned out to be one of the sales staff. All the dresses were hidden away behind curtains which only the staff were allowed to rummage through and, quite frankly, had clearly seen better days and it was disappointing that the majority of the available choices were only in smaller sizes. I quickly got the impression the staff had been groomed to obtain a sale as quickly as possible. I felt rushed, neither myself nor my family were offered any refreshments, photos were not allowed to be taken and, when I hinted that I was interested in a dress, I was given a business card and told they would keep the details of the dress and I was not even provided with any details. Overall a very impersonal service and unhappy experience and one which ensured I would not be calling back!

Brilliant place it's a few years since I went with my daughter to look for a wedding dress, but it was wonderful we found the perfect dress and the staff were amazing, thank you.
