This is a lovely green and well kept park. It also appears to be very clean.nI've also noticed Council Park Rangers here patrolling whenever I've been too, which has to be a good thing. There seems to be quite a few people just walking around and enjoying it. It is nice and peaceful.
We visited Finaghy bowling club located in this Park. We were made very welcome by our hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our game and the supper afterwards. Thanks for a great day.

We trained here during the summer, if you are a youth team looking to train here, it is a fight for the pitches, you need to get down early as a number of teams train here, along with pre-season and amateur matches. Wish the council had some sort of arrangement.nnWould be nice to see some floodlights added, for the darker nights. Apart from that the changing rooms offer a lot of room, great facilities manager that is happy to help you out. At times the pitches do sometimes get a bit worse for wore.
Large enough for two pitches, plenty of room for dog walking, enclosed play zone for children, car parking, changing room, located in an area with many coffee shops etc for refreshments.
