Ordered flowers for birthday delivery, was dubious upon ordering as customer service poor (Interest in order lack lustre) filthy card rack..no receipt given or number taken.after giving time (am) had to telephone to chase them. Arrived in afternoon.No apology on arrival ,Dissapointed..won't use again.
