extremely discriminatory. if your face doesn't fit they will manage you out. managers to lazy to do any real work so youll see managers outside smoking half of day while they tell you off for taking 5 minutes between calls to go toilet and get water. one rule for some, different for others. don't work here if you value yourself because this company makes you feel worthless

TRY CAPITA OR 02 OR ANYONE THATS NOT VODAFONE.
I worked there but they don't care about your health the building is dirty and you can do your job well but if they don't like you they try to make things up to get rid of you and so glad I got out of there
Clients; don't use this company they clearly don't know how to manage records. They've been sending mail to an old addressee at my home for 9+ years even though we've returned it.
