Very poor experience here. Treatment was painful, and dentist was very uncertain. Injections did not appear to work and due to a total lack of confidence in the dentist I have now changed to another practice. Both my wife and daughter were misdiagnosed so have also changed dentist.

I have found the dentist very good and the appointment system great. I cannot understand the lady who has written the revue that stated she was not informed of the day of her appoint. Did she really expect the receptionist to go through a months worth of diary. I think not I always get a message the day before to tell me of my appointment as does every else.

Basically told me it's better off me moving dentist's due to me working in London and it being difficult to find appointments for me when i never complained about appointment times.

I had made an appointment 6 months in advance. I called up a month prior to my appointment to ask what date it was as I had recently moved and lost my diary. I was told I would receive a sms to remind me of my appointment, I wasn't actually told the date. Today I received a letter to tell me I had missed it. I am very disappointed in the service here.

Very friendly staff and the dentist was very good at letting me know what he was doing at every step. I shall be registering my baby there soon too.
