i have bought from this store and received a completely nonfunctional product. they are willing to refund / replace but what bothers me is that they are selling knowingly products with manufacturing defects, basing on the fact that just a little percent of the customers will complain. the others are just throwing the crap away.

Ordered from this store several times and have never had an issue. One item didn't arrive but when contacting the customer service team they responded quickly and sent out a new item for the next. Can't fault the service, would highly recommend.
