So here’s the thing. People saying that the canx policy is harsh. Maybe, if your bus didn’t turn up or your car wouldn’t start and you couldn’t make it, that would be annoying. I used to live in Norwich and the amount of times I was over an hour late for work because of the buses I cannot count.

However I think the risk of the above is worth it. There is literally nowhere else that does a decent wax to this standard. I live in Yorkshire and book in with WW every time I visit Norwich because I have never found anywhere else that does such a thorough and painless job.

Went today and was treated by Ellie. The whole experience was wonderful and so easy. I emailed 2 days before and George responded 2 minutes later offering me an appointment! This was my first time and Ellie made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Waxing can be painful but Ellie made it as painless as she could. I had 3 treatments done and I was done in just under an hour. Was informed about everything that was happening, was informed about after care and asked if I had any questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else and have already reccomended to several people.

A very professional service with a warm welcome by all. A pleasant and very good service which I would recommend to anyone. Their service and reassurance for first time clients is outstanding. A lovely place and outstanding service
