Bought some Portmeirion swarovski crystal wine glasses for a wedding present and wanted the matching carafe which the shop put on order. The weeks passed and the carafe never came despite the efforts on the staff to chase it. Eventually, on the week of the wedding still no carafe, the amazing staff managed to get one directly delivered to my home address, free of charge, the day before the wedding. The staff here go way beyond the call of duty, save the day and deserve to be famous. I would shop nowhere else for gifts in the future. Special thanks to Jane & the shop manager.

Although the shop has some lovely diffusers and candles which I always buy a few at a time I find the staff unhelpful and aloof, shame really.

Sadly this shop is no longer in the outlet mall. Hence the 1 star Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Don’t take payments less than £5 on card - buzzard for a shop in a mall?
