I have to be honest. I do not leave reviews often unless I get exceptional service or I get exceptionally bad service. My experience with this car wash was extraordinarily horrible. The wheels were dirty not washed properly. The inside was dusty. The mats were wet. The car had white polish marks. They charged me £20 for that shitty service.

 Then I complained to the so called manager and I kid you not, he argued with me insisting there was no issue with his cleaning. He got so defensive and started furiously wiping the mats and wiping my door fabric with a wet cloth. 

There are better ways to waste your money. £20 for such service. It's usually forgivable to have a bad day and do a bad job but arguing when the evidence is in your face. Please... 

Try the car wash near the magic roundabout. Opposite the fire station. They are so much friendlier and do a very very good job... 

Don't waste your money on these people. The manager has a stinky attitude...

Used it today Wednesday 14th December wash & polish £12 excellent service.Car was really dirty due to roadworks at Blunsdon .

Poor job, bad service...

Just been here with my van, price was way above what the Asda charges but as I was there anyway I had to get it done.

Smears all over the windows, they missed loads in the cab, still pretty dirty inside...

Miserable staff, not one smile or thank you, asked for my keys and handed back with no acknowledgement or eye contact...

Overall extremely poor and a waste of money
