I came to wave car wash two days ago and I got a platinum service and my son also got a normal inside and out. I must say the wait can be a bit longer. As I wasn’t shopping but it was done within the time I was told. Onto the actual service I was very happy with the end product and so was my son. That definitely made up for the waiting time. Customer service was great. Only thing I would suggest would be a suggestion for myself and that is probably to make a booking next time. Thanks boys . Will be back soon. No foreign scammers at this car wash, they offer a great service, yes there price is slightly higher than your average slap dash car wash, but they make up for it in completing the car to a high standard using the best products. WOULD HIGHLY recommend.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
The price is absolutely stupid i have small car i only asked for wash and hoover inside, he looked inside and said 35£ lol. I went the carwash near them and paid 15£. Not recommend at all.
My son took his van to be cleaned. Paid £41 for a smallish van. His stereo was working prior to going in, it hasn't worked properly since. He was having it cleaned before taking it to the garage. They said that it is likely that they have got it wet inside. Hundreds of pounds wasted and when he went back they didn't care. A clean outside doesn't make up for hundreds of pounds of damage.
Rude dirty attendants. £35 for a small car Very expensive. Poor cleaning practices. Avoid like the plague. Foreign scammers.
The worst car wash ever, I paid £30 for Gold service without to ask me if I’m happy with this service. Anyway, it’ s not about the price it’s about their service. They were very unprofessionals and they left my car very dirty. This is the first time in my life when I’m very disappointed and I write a review about a car wash. Please take my advice and don’t waste your money and your time. At the end you will be very disappointed.
Too Greedy. As I was approaching the supervisor to hand over my keys he said "this is £30 yeah?" I find it weird as I usually pay only £18 so I clarified to him that I only want Silver service medium car. When cam back I handed £20, he said that I have to pay £25 because my car is extra large! WTF, I was usually charged with a medium in this car wash. Now my car jumped over the large size to Extra large?? If my 5-series is Xrta large? What size are the big 4x4 SUVs? If he charged my for a Large it would have been fine, but extra large???? This is just not right. I used to be a regular, but I will never come back.
High price which is ok as I believe in a fair wage for all but the service is appalling. Patches of dried up water all over and the windscreen has marks of dirty cloth side mirrors still have soap dried up and they use 7 drops of tyre shine. Dare you complain, you'll get the looks as if you aren't a paying customer. Try them out if you like to get disappointed for a fee otherwise get a car wash kit and do it yourself.
Good clean but the wait is far too long with poor communication of this. I brought my car for a wash today and took 2 young kids to shop to kill time while the car was being washed. An hour later I came back to find the car hadn’t been cleaned yet! So much for wash while you shop! A complete waste of time and tbh buying things i probably didn’t need in Tesco! Will be looking for another car wash!
