Ignore the reviews from 1-3 years ago. These guys now do a great job. Today they gave my white Mercedes a wash. It was really very dirty to say the least but they did brilliant job. Will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

Aways ask the price beforehand including their classification of your vehicle size. They will try to overcharge you. Way too expensive when compared to other hand car washes in area. Please avoid or run the risk of walking away disappointed and feeling ripped off.
Over priced, poor quality work in 2019. I have used their services many times over the years. I used to pay £15 for a saloon car in&out wash/clean which was good. Today I was asked for £30 and it wasn't even cleaned to the standards it used to be. Apparently a saloon should cost the same as a 4x4 or SUV. They are deliberately selecting high prices from their chart. If you choose to use them be very careful and make sure you are clear about the price/service you want. I personally will not be using them again.
Didn’t even get to have a car wash! First time experience, From the start poor customer service, high pricing and argumentative staff! So just left within minutes after an augment with the manager about my car size/price for that wash. Very disappointed..

Great job, Pembury has really missed having a car wash and the new owners are certainly an upgrade from the previous ones.
One of the guys swear when I was pulling in the car in his own language. I asked what was the problem and he went quite and ask me to do what I was doing. I went off and not using this guys any more. They recently have changed the team and the new team working in Tesco pembury car wash is very rude and not happy to do what they suppose to do. Price gone very high customer service very low. Good bye to you guys. You have lost a customer.
2020 January - Waves in Tesco car park - high quality wash. £9 for medium-sized car. 2 guys jet wash, then soap all over etc. Finish off in a dry bay.
