Left scratches on my car, argued with them for an hour just to get them to pay for it. Charged them £80 to repair it even though my mate done it for free. Haha, idiots. Went back down a year later for my Mrs. Asked for inside and out to be cleaned, they said they didn't have enough time to clean the car. An hour and a half before closing time. All in all, lazy tw**s
I'm currently sat in a different car wash having my car redone because the seats were still soapy and soaking wet five plus hours after having my car washed at the tesco car wash. My foot mats were handed to me in a black bin bag after they pressured washed them then we're surprised they were still soaking. And all this after they had my car for an hour. I won't be making this mistake again. Lovely friendly guys hut beyond useless, thought I'd give them a second chance but never again. Steer clear and go to Shepton Mallet!!!!!
