I did actually visit once before the man with wavy hair said medium car really dirty would cost me an extra £5 if 9 wanted it done , I bet he wouldn't have said that to my husband! Then today it needed a clean as we were going aways and because 8 needed to use the cash machine I thought I'd sit waves again but I was ready this time. So I asked for a clean beaded man with no hai this time said very dirty cost me £30 I said no £25 or I'll take it away. He agreed not happy then said it would be an hour. He said that just to rile me so I left. My car was not that dirty I'd already emptied the rubbish so don't bother with these cowboys.
Good standard service. However, I asked whether they could do upholstery deep cleaning/shampoo and the boot. They said yes to everything but when I got the car, it had been just vacuum cleaned and the boot not even touched. Then I realised that they just nodded to anything I'd say. Not great communication :
We chose the Gold Valet service which costs £18. When we picked the car up, the back seat and floor was still covered in mud. We complained and was told it needed wiping with a wet cloth, and we hadn’t paid for it to be “washed” inside. When we got home the mud came off completely when I wiped it with a wet cloth. Also noticed that the door seals hadn’t been wiped clean. Told them we will definitely NOT be going back.
Had my car washed here about 5 years ago and becaue they put the radio on had the doors open and turned on my hazard lights while cleaning the dash it killed my battery i had to go over to the petrol station and buy jump leads and get some one to jump me. They tried to bump start it but couldnt so just buggered off and left me. I havnt been back since. My car was a 08 plate corsa my car was perfectly fine before they touched it.
Struggle when very busy, but ideal to leave your car when shopping in Tesco Maldon if doing a bulk shop. Inside and out wash and wax only about 15 for a focus estate. Heard some people moaning about length of time, but these guys do a good job as far as I'm concerned.

Used many times before ,showroom finish. Didnt even recognise our car when we came to collect it .Always Pleasant staff and very thorough.
They cleaned my car, really well, for a good price and there is an excellent children's playground just over the foot bridge, so the kids were happy.
