£10, they didn’t dry the car properly. All the soap they left on the inside of the doors ran down the sills. The wheels were still dirty and the tyre shine they used must have been the worst they could have bought. Shocking!

Visited this morning dropped off car and returned after 90 minutes car not washed cleaned nothing . No apology or even acknowledgement. Place is a real joke won't be returning

Visited on a Monday .... wouldn't have thought it would be that busy..... selected Gold Standard. Told to return in 1 hour. My car had not even moved. Very disappointed would NOT Recommend. They use "do your shopping while we wash your car as a selling point" I returned after 1 hour was told it would be another 30 mins. Think they push people in front of you. Very poor service. AVOID!
I dropped my car off for an £18 gold valet whilst I was doing my shopping in Tesco. When I returned over an hour later my car was still being cleaned. The car being hoovered next to my car had its doors wide open and as it was very close to my car I made a point of checking my passenger door. To my frustration there was a dent on the door that was not present when I left the car with them. I asked to speak to the manager and after initially denying they had caused the damage he eventually admitted liability and apologised. He then said if I returned with an invoice for the repair he would pay me cash to settle it. I asked for written proof that this would be the case but this wasn’t forthcoming. In the meantime a member of staff came over and said we haven’t caused the damage and we are not paying for it. This gentleman became very argumentative which increased the tensions and I feel this was an attempt to intimidate me. The manager then went into his office and came out with an iPad to take my cars registration number and details etc. He insisted as it was then logged I could remove my car and once I returned with the invoice for the repair I had his word he would give me the cash to cover the repair. I refused to remove my car without a signed acceptance of liability which again wasn’t forthcoming. At this point I went back into Tesco and reported the issue to customer services but as the car wash is run by a separate company they were unable to do anything but the lady on customer services was very sympathetic and she wrote her name and contact details down as proof to acknowledge they had been made aware of the incident. I then wrote out a brief overview of the incident and I returned to the car wash and asked the manager to sign it accepting liability which he did and he also stamped it with the waves car wash official stamp. I then went to an approved local repair workshop and I was issued with a quote the following day for the repair. I returned with a copy of the quote but the manager wasn’t on site. The staff on site made a point of reinspecting the damage and took it upon themselves to ridicule my quote and made me feel like I was being petty for wanting them to cover the cost of the repair. I was passed the managers phone number and he asked if I could go back the following day before 5pm and if he could confirm my quote was genuine he would then give me the cash to settle it. Prior to leaving the staff on site then asked for my phone number as they wanted to arrange for me to get a second quote at a repair shop in Daubhill in Bolton as they believed the quote I had was excessive for something they considered minimal. I then received a text at 22.40 at night with a postcode for an industrial estate in Bolton telling me to take my car, leave it and they will fix it for me. This filled me with concern as they didn’t provide a company name so I was unable to check if the company was an approved workshop. I replied and requested the company name so I was able to check the company out online. I then received a response with a telephone number and the name and address of the industrial estate, not the name and address of the body repair shop. After looking on Google maps the postcode provided looked like a backstreet garage and not somewhere I would have chosen to have my car repaired. As the car wash is a waves franchise it was at this point I decided to make an official complaint via the waves online complaints section and from here on in the complaint was dealt with professionally by the waves head office customer services team leading to the cost of the repairs eventually being recovered. I will not be using the car wash again as not enough care is taken and their customer service skills on site when things go wrong are non existent. If it was possible this would be 0 star review. Avoid.
Was a little disappointed the hoover in the interior was poor with many hairs still left of the seating. The exterior had some parts still dirty. Unfortunately I've had better cleans elsewhere although staff where hard working.
Absolutely outstanding job, even went above and beyond we will certainly be using your services again personally I think there prices are cheap for the quality and treatment you receive definitely recommend!! Services: Auto detailing
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! I took my car in to be valeted at this car wash, they did a decent job of cleaning the car however, when I was driving away my stereo stared going haywire, I went back to the car wash and the owner wasn’t concerned in the slightest that they had damaged my car, after arguing with him for 15 minutes he gave me my money back and told me he would pay any further costs. As I drove home the head unit packed up completely, the head unit came with the car and is a top of the range pioneer which will cost £1500 to replace! I returned the next day to speak to the owner, he couldn’t care less!! His excuse was because there was no physical damage on the head unit they hadn’t damaged it, even though he admitted to spraying a cleaning liquid on the unit. I wasted my breathe for half an hour, in which time he kept talking to him staff about me in Polish and at one point started to walk away from me while I was talking to him, very rude!! I am now stuck with broken stereo, no music, no sat nav and worst of all, as I run a business, no Bluetooth so I can’t make or receive calls whilst driving. Their justification that they couldn’t possibly have damaged the stereo was, they clean more expensive cars than mine!! Absolute disgrace!!
