Waves Car Wash (Tesco Great Yarmouth Extra)

Paid £33 and had to wait for almost one and a half hours for the car to be ready. Boot was not done and the windscreen was not cleaned inside. Never had a problem before, maybe they were very busy this time. A bit disappointing.

Charged £80 for a full valet inside and out. I specifically asked for the interior to be brought back to like new and wanted it deodorizing. Picked it up 4 hours later, smelling like mouldy damp towels. The seats had not been cleaned, still scuff Mark's for the kids shoes on back of chairs, crumbs and dog hairs still all over interior. The rubber seals round windows still had grime build up and they hadn't even opened the boot to vacuum or clean. Total rip off.....I would not recommend this car wash.

Have used this car wash several times and have always received great customer service and my car comes away shiny and clean inside and out! I’ve recommended them to several people, all who have used them and have been more than satisfied! Highly recommend!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Just had my girlfriends car "cleaned" here, we had the £26 option for inside and out cleaning... Came back to a shiny car that still had bird mess on it in places and bits of dog hair on the seats still! When I questioned it I was told it was done and that they didn't want to scratch the car, fair enough... so I rubbed off some of the dirt in front of the manager with the cuff of my jumper, i could go on but fair to say I really wouldn't recommend this place. My experience has not been good!
