Friendly staff. But I have had my car scratched twice!!!
First time, they denied it but polished it out.
Second time, scratch was through to the metal. So I used touch up paint.
I'll never go back there. I don't recommend unless you drive a battered banger!!!

Very expensive and feel prices have gone up since we last came here, now £30 for car to be washed and hovered (estate car), nothing special. They also took far longer than quoted aswell which is not the first time but wasn't so expensive before, I came back after nearly an hour when I was told 45 mins and they had only just started it. Other places charge less than half the price and are quicker. We won't be back and definitely don't recommend.

Terrible! The worst car washers I've ever been to. £30 for what looks like 5 year olds cleaned. Windows full of smears, inside looks no different, absolute waste of money and time.

I went here recently on the way home from work, as there wasn't time to have my car washed at my regular joint. I have to say it was a big disappointment. The people were nice enough, but it seems they're in need of some proper training in washing cars.

I was told the car would take 30 minutes to clean inside and out, which was £15. The price being what it was, I expected a really good job to be done - especially as there were no other cars waiting. I popped into the supermarket to grab a drink, and came back out 15 minutes later to sit and watch as they washed on my car. I was really surprised to be told immediately that it was finished! 'They must be operating like a well-oiled and efficient machine', I thought... not so.

The car was shiny, yes, but there were fingerprints left all around my window frames, which I had to ask the girl to wipe off. There was also water pooled underneath the boot, and on top of the boot, (I discovered afterwards), which I had to sponge away.

Inside it looked as though a child had vacuumed - there were hairs and bits of dust still evident throughout the car. They hadn't even moved my light jacket from the back seat to hoover underneath it - simply skirted around the edges! The cloth around the gear stick was worst - it was left full of crumbs, and the staff clearly hadn't even attempted to clean this. It also didn't look as though they had removed the floor mats to vacuum underneath, which is shocking. My built in sat-nav screen was covered in fingerprints, which I (embarrassingly) had to ask the young girl to clean.

To top it all off, the car was SATURATED in chemical fragrance, which made me feel sick all the way home!

In all honesty, I wouldn't use this place again. My regular joint in Redcatch Road, Bristol, charge £10 and do an impeccable job, every time. The only reason I've given this place 1 star is because the staff were friendly. Tesco - sort this out!!

DO NOT USE !!!! had my car washed there last week, looked ok at the time but they have clean my alloy with some dirt on the cloth, wheel will have to be refurbished now costing £120
