This is a great place to have your car washed. The staff are very polite and friendly, work very hard and always do a very good job. This is the only car wash worth going to in Dereham. The team of lads they have working there are professional, work with a smile on their faces and do an amazing job. Fantastic service every time and worth every penny.
Fantastic guys! Not only do they do a superb job of valeting our cars they helped my mum today too when her car wouldn’t start. They came to her rescue immediately and managed to fix things so she could get home safely. Thank you Service: Auto interior vacuuming
So I've just used the waves car wash in dereham, the standard of the clean is terrible. Several dirty areas still in the car. The manager was incredibly rude and told us 'if we don't like it we can go' taken our money and not bothered to rectify the issues we've noticed. Certainly will be taking this further with waves directly, I would recommend you don't bother with this car wash. Terrible experience and terrible customer service!
Haven't used this car wash since the pandemic so obviously changes of staff. Pity. Always used to be friendly and helpful. Just had my small car washed. OK job but would have liked some eye contact. Chap constantly looking over my shoulder and virtually ignored me.
Used this car wash today. Had a premium wash done cost £40 for my size car. My car is empty due to selling it this week only had 4 mats in it. I'm gutted with the results it took 30-45 mins. Overall looked good. Went into the car and its when I notice. There are cobwebs still on my wing mirror. There is dirt still on the back if the seats and foot Wells. When opening the door the plastic bit hasn't been cleaned. There was dirty all on the sunviors both sides still. One of the cup holders was sticky too still. The car in areas on the outside were still wet and had water marks when It was meant to be "hand polished". It's disgusting people are happy to take £40 for a half arsed job. I went a few months ago for a normal clean was very happy but never again. I did not receive a Premier package. Its a shame I can't give 0.5 stars.

Waves Dereham didn't honour a gift voucher I received as a birthday present from my grandchildren because it was a new franchise manager, this has done nothing for local customer relations as I will never use them and pass my experience on at every opportunity also head office did not respond either. Roy's car wash is very good with polite staff.
I am regular customer and always happy with the job they do. Great service and always good job
