Service was standard, the charge a surprise, being told afterwards that my little Fiesta is a medium size car and therefore a quick three minute car wash costs £8. I was taken aback and not impressed, I am used to paying £5 for a hand wash as standard in the area, literally just half a mile down the road from Tesco. After querying the charge, I was brought from the on-site office a laminated A4 sheet that showed the categories of what is a small car, medium car, etc. That information needs to be with the prices clear for customers to see, not on a piece of paper in the office. The staff did a good job and it certainly wasn't their fault so I paid up but I won't be using this company again.
Decent enough job, but the best line has to have been that they wanted to charge more than normal because the inside was dirty.... I wouldn't have taken it to be cleaned if it was clean.... For a wash and go for £5 though you cant go wrong.
Wouldn't clean our car due to it being too dirty... pretty sure that's what they get paid to do, oh well, the roundabout people did the job and a good job too. Highly recommend the ones down there instead.
Our car was nice and clean after wash, but not as thorough and sparkling as our usual Leigh Car Wash in Essex. Also our car received the water spray from the car being washed next to us without comments from washers and we had to leave the wash with a wet car !!!
I rate this one star as I have to leave something to be able to comment. Today they managed to pull the boot handle panel off of a Nissan Qashqi. They then went and got super glue from Tesco to try and glue it back on. Only succeeding in getting superglue all down the boot and bumper which they couldn’t get off. Realising they couldn’t fix it they gaffer taped the the panel back in place and told me to come back somewhen and they would polish the superglue out. I had been there two hours in sub zero temps whilst they tried to scour with T cut the super glue. I am not looking forward to seeing it in full daylight tomorrow. Although I didn’t pay for the wash. I am left with a broken boot panel and glue covered car. I asked for the managers name for the guy to reply I am the manager. They then closed up and left. Leaving me to put my own car mats back in ok that’s no hardship but still I’d kinda expect that to be part of the service I also had to stop up the road and clean the inside of the windscreen as it was so smeared I couldn’t see properly. Use at your own peril.
These cheeky devils may well do a good job on their customer's cars but their pressure washers leave a mess everywhere surrounding the premises and often spray pedestrians too. Not appropriate in its current location.
High quality result. Worth a premium price.
Good service and friendly staff. My car was sparkling.
Spent £25 to do inside of car very dissatisfied with the result won't go there again
