I was conned! Went for the most expensive wash last Sunday morning, Platinum XL. Cost £70. Car is still dirty in all the places a basic wash wouldn’t hVe cleaned. Don’t waste your money, the main guy is a con artist as he talked up the service as if it was different from a 15 pound wash at other places. oh and did I mention “we only take cash for the £70”. Right that sounds legit and not at all avoiding tax!!!! Dishonest place.
Tesco car park totally full and this company had blocked around 20 spaces which they aren’t using. I asked if we could use one and they selfishly said no. They’ve got 3 staff on it seems and they were washing 3 cars in 6 spaces. They obviously don’t need to block a further 20 spaces from paying tescos customers.

Overpriced and no covid safe measures were in place, which is concerning given the new omicron variant. The car didn't smell clean. Smelt like a smoker had been in it. Not worth the price at all.
Was in Alti for an hour or so and needed the car cleaned inside out - they said they can do this in 45 mins and as I was walking away from my car left for cleaning I asked the gentleman working there where to pay and how much is it - when he said they will charge £40 for a simple inside/out clean out od principle I took the car out and cancelled - way overpriced and there are excellent places around that will charge less than half for the same job
I got fined for leaving the car to be washed. I was told to come back and get the car in two hrs as they were busy. Be aware two hrs max car park at tesco. They knew I didn’t. Also really expensive
Been here twice. First visit, awful car wash; completely missed all alloy wheels and terrible finish. Second visit, I arrived 20 minutes before closure asking for a quick external wash 5 mins? but they had already packed up for the day and shrugged their shoulders. Find somewhere else...
Brilliant short notice car was a mess lol but they brought it up like new seen a massive difference even asked to do the seats and they did will be going back there soon xx
Car looked clean when we collected it from a dark underground car park. When we arrived home we noticed that the car was still covered in yellow spots and bird dirt, dust was not completely removed from inside of car and dirty patches on wheels. It took me 45 mins at home to get it clean. It cost me £30 for a medium priced car.
