I have Been having by clothes service washed here for about a year I also use dry cleaning service everything is always done to a high standard an always brilliant price considering the amount I get done there every time they are brilliant staff and I'm very thankful

The staff here are helpful friendly, and welcoming. However that is all I base those two stars on.. I came in to use the tumble dryers because I had been away and had a lot of washing to do, and in this cold weather its hard to line dry... Sadly my laundry stank when it came out of the machine. I am not sure whether people have washed their clothes without washing detergent, using just water then dried them... but my laundry smelt sour and stale. I came home and had to re-wash everything. I am sure the dry cleaning services are excellent, but sadly I will not be putting my clothes in those machines again. I would like to answer the response privately, I do not want a refund, but I do not want to make any further negative remarks publicly, can the manager/owner please leave private contact details please?

A great place to do your laundry or have a service wash. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also a great place to hear local gossip.

So I've just gone through my dry cleaning and found a packet with money in and note saying found in washing.. this dry cleaners gets my vote! Found money in my pockets and was kind enough to put it in a bag and actually give it back.. I'm going to pick up my suits Wednesday and will be giving the money to whoever did my washing, thankyou very much!
