Recommended for conveyancing by the house developer, Watson Ramsbottom disappointed us at every stage of the purchase.  Having worked with several conveyanvors previously, WR in my opinion have been by far the worst and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The service provided was ok but I’d never use a conveyancer again who had ties to the builder you were purchasing from. This is because they seem to always be on the side of the builder whenever you raise queries. They also won’t respond to any questions once they’ve been paid. Not really the way to act for gaining repeat business.

Brilliant services. Couldn’t recommend enough. I had Hannah brown help me through the process of getting my new build / first home. Faultless all round. Polite office staff on the phone aswell, always helpful.
