Highly professional service from Stein and had the lock fixed in a far quicker time than expected. Waiting time was exceptionally quick and also very informative as to what's going on, as he puts worries at ease with great conversation. Could not recommend more.
Exceptional service. Stein arrived within 2 hours of calling him and sorted two locks very speedily and efficiently. He also cut spare keys for me at my premises and was extremely helpful and dealt with a third unrelated matter in my kitchen. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Highly professional yet friendly and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services.
Styn came out to fix a very broken front door. He took it all in his stride, and was positive and chatty throughout. He was able to sort everything, replace the lock cylinder and get us back to a working door all for an incredibly reasonable price. Great service all round, would thoroughly recommend!

Styn is just an all round top guy. Initially he helped over the phone so I wouldn’t have to pay his call-out fee and when that failed he turned up promptly the next day and sorted a complex issue with my patio doors. Fantastic service! I called Stephen after my daughter locked us out, he was with me within 20 minutes and had me in my house barely 10 minutes later! He's friendly, professional and did his upmost not to have to charge me more my door was a little tricky so grateful for his prompt response, would recommend again in a heartbeat!
