Ridiculously friendly and helpful staff. One chap couldn't help my 12 y.o. with choices (appropriate gothic novels) so advised we come back in 20 mins when another specialist in the area would be able to help. We came back 30 mins later to a selection of appropriate books, an apology at not being able to help earlier and a Waterstones card already half filled with stamps. What a truly wonderful experience - this is why they continue to grow in spite of Amazon.

Great store, the staff are excellent and it’s clear they’re book fanatics. The gentleman with the long beard and glasses was particularly friendly. Keep up the good work!
