Waterstones bookshop is right nextdoor to our teashop on Guildhall Square. Its looking very smart after its recent makeover and makes great place to visit in Carmarthen. Two floors of books and gifts ... and very helpful staff.... They're big fans of our homemade cakes and hot chocolates too!!
Whilst this Waterstones may seem small from outside, inside is filled to the rafters with a large selection of books. Unlike a lot of other Waterstones, you won't find a coffee shop in here but what you will find is .... books! What more could you want! Staff are friendly, helpful and won't impose on your browsing. It really is a lovely experience each time I visit.
Amazingly helpful staff, they are engaging and polite. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a book shop, quite and calm. The range of books is really good and they are more than happy to order the books in if they don't have them and the books come in rather fast. If I could give them more than five stars I would!
Used as a collection point for online purchase. Otherwise offers wide selection of books in a clean and friendly environment. Personally, I appreciated that the paypoint / collection point personnel spoke Welsh.
Nice classic Waterstones with a calm environment to browse books. Went here for a book signing which was great. Well organised and easy to attend.
Love their store plenty of literature on all types of subject's. Coffee shop upstairs in Swansea store, warm and friendly fresh food made at reasonable prices, no pressure sales stay as long as you like. Good sale prices
This branch of Waterstones seems cosier than any others I've been to. I received a warm welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are so many bookish items here, besides the obvious tomes. Definitely excited about my next visit.

Didn't buy anything but it looked like there was a decent selection. Didn't have the correct edition of what my friend wanted though, but they sell finger monsters and reusable mugs so that's all you need in a book shop really
