Such a lovely Waterstones and very grateful for it. I love being able to order online and collect in-store but equally the staff are so helpful and friendly and have helped me order in books which they didn't have in stock already. It's such a big, warm feeling, store. Could spend hours in here!
Staff are awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Also fun fact. Alan Rickman came to this branch to pick up a copy of a Harry Potter book at a midnight release event. The doorman didnt know who he was but the store manager recognised him from the film's and let him slide in to grab a copy.

Strangely struggling to find books that my son will read here and he has vouchers he’d like to use in there. Kinda disappointing, hoping Christmas will have a bigger range of books.
Really nice store, with a great range of books. I especially like the translated fictional books they have. Plus they have greeting cards, gifts, and board games so it is useful for many things. Their rewards card is ok, you get half a stamp for every £5.
Staff as brilliant always ready to help with a good knowledge of current and historic books.
Waterstones is always a lovely place to go with books everywhere!

Really helpful staff . Gave me some more book recommendations based on what I had bought.
It sells books primarily... You know, those things with pages and words. They generally tell you a story, might be a true one, might not. These book thingys are really good, they don't seem to like when you pop in each day to continue where you left off on your previous lunch break. They prefer that you would buy the book as opposed to popping in and providing their store with your wit and charm..... Well I eventually bought a book today, the bad thing is I only had 20 pages left to read of it.
