The last time I went into your shop, I asked for the biography of Mao Tse-tung by Jung Chang. You know, he's a major figure in current history. However, your staff member - you only employ university alumni, I gather -looked on the screen, and referred to him as mayo, as if he were a spread on a BLT sandwich. You didn't have a copy. Fine, I went to Amazon, ordered a copy, no problem.

Absolutely disgusted in the treatment ive recieved by this shop and its staff.
I went in on friday to get a book it wasnt in so i orderd it and was told it would be in the following tuesday and that they would text me
Wednesday afternoon i decided to phone them to be told there is no recalection  of any order so i had to reorder it and was told it be there by friday at the latest. Guess what its saturday morning and no text or phone call so i rand up again and have been put on hold for 11 mins after id explained to lady what has gone on .
Disguted the book was for my mums birthday last week

The girls who work here are the best and they welcome dogs. My only problem is not enough shelf space for fantasy and sf.
