Great, helpful staff with some very old vouchers I had. We spent them all and more on 7 lovely children's books. My son spotted Pokémon cards there too and bought a pack.

Always very helpful, even if they do not have access to the particular book. Sometimes books are out of print, so they are not able to get them.
Wonderful welcoming children's section, nice to see displays of fiction and non fiction. Lots of recommended books and tables showcasing both new and classic books. Shop assistant was able to recommend books which is a nice touch. You can tell that the people who work here love reading.
This is a great book shop, When I was told the wife had dementia, I went there to see what books they had on the condition and what I needed to do as a carer. I came away with two very good books that have been more help than both the Alzheimer's society and Dementia people who I have has contact with, so I can recommended Waterstones not only for reference books but for a good read when it comes to fiction
Very good Waterstones in Taunton, excellent size and stock range is very good. Very helpful team in this outlet, have visited many times, books wanted have always been available and will continue to use.
This is a charming bookshop in what was formally a hotel. Nice formal looking entrance, leading into a well stocked shop. There is plenty on both floors. I'm not sure if they have a lift to the first floor, but the staff are very helpful when asked. Their order service is prompt and reliable. Their children's section is at the back and well set up.
Huge choice of books, with friendly staff. Been coming here for years for my books, would recommend.
As always a lovely experience to just browse, with some fantastic recommendations from both signs and staff who consistently show how passionate and knowledgeable they are.
