We decided to pop for a quick drink on bank holiday Monday at the Waterside Inn to find a really welcoming place. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. We had some starters which accompanied the drinks really well the onions ring are a must !! We will definitely go back to Sunday roast !
We had a fantastic meal in the garden. All the staff have done a fantastic job of getting people back in to the pub facilities. The food was as always brilliant, as was the service. The app for ordering food was simple to use and orders came out in good time. Highly recommended a stop off here. Great job well done all.
Lovely pub by the river. Great choice for Vegans, Vegetarians and carnivores alike. Lots of outside tables and parking and fabulous walks in both directions along the river.
A lovely place for a Sunday get together. Mums 76th Birthday get together, great food and lovely service.
Fantastic place with great service. The staff literally don't stop and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter really enjoyed the bouncy castle too.
My favourite place, friendly staff, great views over the canal wonderful food. What more can you ask for. Dog friendly too!
Fabulous outside area. Staff were plentiful and friendly. Food came out relatively quickly for how busy very it was. Food just OK.
Very cold inside, part of starter missing nothing said by staff until we noticed and then told they ran out. No garlic butter on any steaks and setaks were very poor quality. Ran out off sticky toffee pudding, not good on the first week of fully re-opening when not very busy.
Lovely location and a great selection of food, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The savoury meals were amazing but the dessert was a little overcooked. In future, it would be nice to have a separate smoking and non-smoking seating area outside, especially while outdoor eating is the only option.
