Excellent find here! They have a good breakfast and lunch menu and a awesome selection of teas. I opted for the pancakes which tasted just as nice as they looked. My wife got a chicken sandwich which she said was also very good. We had to takeaway a couple of cakes. One being the red velvet and the other banana and blueberry. Both of which were delicious. The red velvet had a hint of nutty flavour which was nice. Customer service was excellent. They were all very friendly. It also didn’t seem too expensive which is a bonus! If you are around this neck of the woods be sure to stop by.
Loved this place! Quality coffee and tea and awesome cakes. The price is reasonable too, and with views across the Loch, ots everything that you could want! The staff were super friendly and efficient. The tea is served in a teapot with loose leaf tea! It was delicious and the lotus biscuit cake...just delicious!
A wonderful place for a rest in the Scottish wilderness. The sandwiches are so good, it's out of this world. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The interior is functional with a nice window counter for single traveller.
My visit here was one of the highlights of my holiday. What lovely, friendly people, gorgeous food and coffee with a real kick! Lovely settling on gorgeous Loch Carron. I’ll detour to return here next time I’m in the area.
This small cute cafe was very near to our stay at Strathcarron. Cafe faces the huge lochcarron. Loch is “lake” in English. On our route to applecross pass, we found this cafe. Reached a bit late to gget the English breakfast, but staff was very kind to make this for us, which made our day more sweet and energetic. We ordered lentil soup as well with freshly brewed coffee. We really had a good time there. Highly recommended place. Parking: yes, roadside Toilets: yes, inside the cafe
Popped in today while visiting Scotland. A lovely little gem cafe. As Vegans we were amazed at how much choice of food and cakes there was. Would definitely recommend you pop in on your way through Lochcarron. Very friendly folk too. Vegetarian options: Vegan pizza and Vegan burger. Doughnut and nut slice
Nice for a good lunch, little bit more expensive that good cafés back in Glasgow but that is normal up north of Scotland. The simple menu of toasties were really nice and fresh salad too. We enjoyed our lunch and was good for a treat on a holiday in area.Food: 4/5
A lochside gem. Recent new management, a more upmarket experience, fine coffee and top quality food. Wet biker and wet dog friendly. Superb views across the Loch. Be sure to stop here as you travel your route. Vegetarian options: Full veg or vegan breakfast is available.
