Next door to the Old Vic Theatre, Bar & Kitchen is perfect for pre and post theatre dining. We have a variety of Daily Specials, Weekend Brunch and a Private Dining Room for parties of up to 30 for lunch and dinner.

Story

Waterloo Bar and Kitchen is located a mere two minutes walk from Waterloo station. Situated next to the Old Vic theatre, it is perfect for a relaxed lunch, and invariably buzzing early evening prior to the theatre performances. The atmosphere is fantastic due to the combination of friendly and attentive service and a great general ambience to the restaurant.
The menu, which is best described as 'modern British cuisine', changes every month and there are a variety of specials which are a little more daring. Brunch is served at the weekend, and hearty roasts are available on Sundays.
As well as seating up to 70 guests at any one time, complete with spacious booths and tucked away tables, Waterloo Bar and Kitchen also boasts a private dining room. The lower level room can seat up to 30 people, or alternatively can host up to 50 people for drinks or canapés. It is the perfect venue for business meetings, Birthday celebrations and Christmas parties.
Waterloo Bar and Kitchen can also host delicious sit down meals for stag dos and hen parties in our private dining room.
