The perfect room,for the perfect weekend. Spectacular view, perfect location. Metres from the fabulous promenade, with miles of flat ,wide,walkway.nThe sun terrace is a perfect place for a drink before evening meal,or,just sit,read,enjoy the sun. Very helpful staff throughout the hotel,underground parking,lifts to all floors. Fabulous decor in the lounge area. First rate. Highly recommended.
My Mum and I came for an afternoon tea today that was a Christmas gift. Upon arrival we were taken to our table. Our afternoon tea was amazing. 4 sandwiches each with 4 separate fillings, an enormous scone with Jam and cream and four different slices of cake each. We both had a pot of tea and a refill. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble including packaging up the last couple of cakes to bring home that we couldn't manage to eat. A lovely afternoon thank you.
Visited for afternoon tea so cant comment on main facilities or rooms although the facilities we did use were modern. The afternoon tea was great value and lovely and the guy who served us was great and very attentive.nnIts in a good area too not far from the pier and funland.
This was our first stay at the Waterfront Hotel. Lovely, clean bedroom with view of the lake. Comfortable bed and nice furniture. Clean bathroom with bath/shower and complimentary gels and lotions. Friendly and pleasant staff at reception and the restaurant. Free WiFi throughout. Free carpark if you book on hotel's website. Location on lakeside is convenient for the town centre and other attractions. Will definitely use this hotel again.
We stayed at the hotel last night after attending a party there and I just wanted to say thank you. We had an amazing time. The staff were all fantastic. The room was so lovely. A lovely atmosphere and a well decorated hotel with lovely views of the water.nnThe staff were so kind and couldn't have done more when I had a small accident and hurt myself and I really appreciated it. We will be back!nnThank you
