The bus station itself is great, pretty modern too, however the area isn't the best and the buses are usually late, and there aren't any toilets. But it's a good station with a lot of seats too.
Awful. Bus never comes on time with no explanation. Can wait for 50 mins for one bus. Just a bunch of lazy employees
Nice and modern Bus station. I use it often when I have to go to other town in the area. Its really convenient and its really close to Chatham high street. Its sad too see that less and less people are using busses this days.
Beautiful space, stops are easy to identify. But buses are not always on time.
Great design for a bus station and a very popular, busy area easy to access to get bus transport.nLarge shopping centre close too with a park and riverside walk area behind the station with lovely views across the Medway.
