The location is just so serene. The lakeside view is so pretty. There is a bar which has been beautifully made to sit around. The rooms are comfortable and not too much. They give peaceful vibes. The staff is amazing. It was an amazing stay here.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here for my hen party in October and we just had the best night! The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a 10 minute walk into the city centre. We had dinner in the hotel on the night and the food was delicious! As a group of 20 and a hen party I wasn't expecting anything that good to be served to us but it was honestly so so good. The best thing about the whole experience though was the staff. They were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much for giving us a brilliant night!
Stayed here as part of a group for a hen party recently. Rooms were comfortable and all amenities we could need. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, esp when it came to group booking. Great views and handy location, a walk away from everything. Handy covered parking area also. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
Just returned home but had to write a review! We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and absolutely loved it! 27/03/23 -29/03/2023. All the staff were lovely! Especially the barman and 2 waitresses in the restaurant! The hotel was clean and tidy! The meals in the restaurant were delicious! Thank you all concerned for a wonderful break! :
Rated as a 3 star hotel and that's exactly what it is. Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are dated some under renovation so should be better in the future, although nice view of the river. $6.40 for a pint of orchard theves which is very expensive I think. OK for a budget trip away.Rooms: 2/5
Cute hotel, very accommodating. Close to everything. The only complaint I have is the doors do not close very quietly, so I was woken up many times by people's slamming doors. I have confidence this will be remedied with their renovations, Though. I would stay again.Rooms: 5/5
You might be surprised at how quiet and peaceful the location is given it's literally a few minutes walk to the centre of everything. Our room overlooked the river and some marine activity. Found the staff very helpful and friendly. There are about 10 or 12 parking spaces right outside the rear hotel entrance and an secure gated car park just of site. Slept well-quite comfortable bedding. Will be returning? Walkability: Minutes from Waterford's Apple Market and quay front.
From start to finish it was excellent From great value location, comfort ,staff both front of house to cleaning staff friendly and courteous at all times we had a 4 course meal could not fault it the breakfast the same great choices us ladies enjoyed our stay and will be returning would recommend your hotel highly

Hotel is under renovation at present so a little noisy in the mornings. Staff very friendly and efficient couldn't do enough for us. Only a fee minutes walk into the centre of the city. I would highly recommend here.Rooms: 3/5
