I would like to praise the staff at waterfields poplars avenue Warrington. Especially Diane who went above and beyond this morning as she had to make numerous phone calls to the bakery, to sort out a birthday cake for me. I really appreciate everything she did.
Waterfields head office are so ignorant I emailed them over Three weeks ago regarding their Large Harvester loaf asking why I can’t get it in any Waterfields shops but I have to travel from Leigh to Earlstown market we’re I can get the same loaf and the man who sells them picks them up from the Waterfields bakery in Leigh…..So strange how a market trader can sell the loaf but the shops can’t…….
Love the Scotch rolls, but they seem to run out very quickly. Please make more!
Have just been into the town centre shop..lady behind the counter so rude ..we walked out and went elsewhere to buy party food..wont be going back..
Delicious products, well priced and presented - a superb North West company we should all support...
Bought a pack of Waterfields 2 vanilla slices from the local co-op wouldn't recommend them to anyone never tasted cakes so bland before might as well have been eating fresh air
