Got ripped off by this post office they charged me £14 to send a parcel to only find out I could of sent it for £6.90 absolutely disgusting, do not use this place

I can honestly say that in all the years I have lived in Totton the staff have always been  most helpful and provide excellent customer service. They do their utmost for the community and are invaluable.  Thank you Water Lane Post Office. ☺

I have been using this post office for nearly 2 years. I have a small business and regularly post lots of parcels. Harinder introduced me to the drop and go service which has saved me so much time and helped my business grow. 

Harinder and the team have helped me so much and I can always trust that my orders will arrive safely.

You Mr Peter Mead are a rude insignificant man!!! If I have not specifically witnessed your deplorable manners I have been witness to others that seemingly blame counter staff for things completely out of their remit.

I have used Totton Waterlane almost every working day and a good few Saturdays for the last 9Yrs. Just incase you want me to justify my comments in person Harinder and staff will introduce me as part of their almost ALWAYS exemplary service!!!
