What a fantastic little place. Amazing staff, very helpful with both my watches. New battery on one, new watch strap for the other. The lady staff member was so helpful and polite. Hope to see her again next time I visit.
Colin sorted my partners ring out with a couple of new stones as they'd fallen out! I thought they only did watches, so I'm sooo glad I asked! He's done a fantastic job and Claire is over the moon with the result! I've already now recommended TWH to a nearby jewellers who couldn't really do the repair and told them about their efficiency and speedy work, also at the right price as well! So hopefully more work on the way as they didn't think TWH would do this kind of repair! Once again, thank you Colin, Nigel and Claire
Took my pricey Longines Master Diamond Moonphase to this shop the morning after noticing condensation on the inside of the crystal. Faced with a £500+ service to Longines I thought I would give them a try. The lady who served me was very friendly and professional. Despite the complexity of the watch she reassured me that she could rectify the issue by disassembling and placing the watch into a silica filled container. 72 hours later I was called back in to store and the watch was completely reassembled. I am glad to report that it is back to normal with no further issues since.

Why on Earth is Nadeem having to move on due to not bei g on the right rate of pay, Please work with Nadine I am a businessman myself and I work in Burton town. Precinadine Nadine draws the customers due to her high standard of experience she as in the job at the watch Hospital within the job. Nadine Is a family lady she has to work to support her family and needs And if she's not on the right amount of money you have to understand from a business point of view she has to move on so she can support her only family. I'd say it is a shame you're losing Nadine who is of high standard and integrity in the job, that is Nadine And that needs to be recognised, If it wasn't for nadine you would not have the daily customers, I've seen her work It is of I standard even doing a small job changing a batteries and what straps, She needs to further her experience within the watch hospital management team. Please understand Nadine's needs are her family, that's why she is moving on to a different career, which I think wouldn't suit Nadine a Cleaning houses is not a high standard job, It is a pittsance job!. Please excuse my Blunt wording And Nadine would not be happy therefore, try and work things out with Nadine Offer a extra further training and she may be tempted to take your offer And stay with the watch hospital. Recently took my new Vivienne Westwood watch to the man who worked here to get the links shortened as I have very small wrists . After carefully measuring the watch to my wrist he took the required links out within 30 seconds and the watch fitted perfectly . After telling us the charge was £5 to begin with , he also then offered the service for free as a birthday gesture . He is a lovely , polite craftsman and would highly recommend him to anyone with their needs.

Really lovely little place. I needed to change the size of the strap of my watch. They did it for me straight away while I waited and didn’t charge me anything. I know it’s not a huge job but never expected them to do it for free - I thought that was really decent of them and shows really good customer service. Would definitely go back and would pay next time!
