Took a NEXT watch which would not run despite having installed a new battery to the Watch Hospital. The watch guy had it running perfectly in less than an hour and didn't charge for the repair. Result! And very nice chap!
Wonderful, fast service from the Watch Hospital yesterday. The whole family come here to get their watches fixed or for new batteries - highly recommended.

Very nice company very helpful
Driven 45 mins in traffic and rain to collect my watch. Arrived outside the shop st 3.50pm on a Sunday and they have closed. Not impressed!
They changed a battery for my watch 14 months ago. It was pricey, but I thought it ok because they gave a guarantee. But the new battery has just failed ... and when I took it back they wouldn't do anything as the "guarantee" was only 1 year. Poundland batteries last longer than that!!!! Disappointed with them.
9 month old sekonda watch bought from there with proof of purchase and will not replace. Stated he woyuld send it back ! Apparently they have no obligation. Obstructive horrible man serving who insisted he needed to see paper receipt.
Excellent service. Sorted out the strap of my watch no bother!
