Would give it 0 stars if I could! So in the last two months I moved addresses which meant my job centre was going to change it changed to here and at first the advisors were lovley. I’ve never actually been inside this job centre as they give me telephone appointments due to me being pregnant. I missed one phone call appointment with them and this was in may and I’m getting sanctioned now!!!? They didn’t even attempt to call me back they called me just the once and due to it being a 0800 number I wasn’t able to call it back. My work coach who I’ve never also seen before didn’t even attempt to send me a message on my journal? My previous job centre were also horrible but didn’t give our sanctions straight away but this job centre do so please be careful!
Total waste of time! My son has been going there for at least 4 years and hasn’t got a job yet! He’s been handed off to at least 8-10 different advisors since he has been attending! They make promises that they are going to put him on a scheme and then the next time we visit we see a different advisor who doesn’t know anything about what the advisor was doing. All they do is walk around and look at there computers all day. I haven’t heard from an advisor since November last year. When I got in contact with them they booked him in for May! I am at my wits end
They have been refusing to deal with formal complaints made since 2017. They are now denying complaints were ever filed.
They don't want you to come back. Just get a job and move on or be ready for their lies
useless, aggravating people who seem to only HELP in making your life that little more miserable, which for some of the people there you can tell they enjoy that. never got anywhere in their own life so they take it out on you, sad people. going here is a chore, unnecessary travel to have a 2min useless talk with someone and leave with nothing more than you arrived with.
