I wish I could have an option in -1 star to rate I would have given it to wash me clean. I can see a lot of people in here complaining regarding not cleaning properly and their behavior. Unfortunately, I read those reviews a bit late. I spent 20£ for nothing. I experience their rudeness and worse service in terms of cleaning. The front grill was left dirty. Birds dropping marks still on the roof. Not hovered properly. Dropped food still in my car and cigarette ashes left behind. Also, they told me to remove my rubbish from the car. I understand there were a couple of cans in the car. Why would I bring the car to them if it was clean? I brought it because it's dirty n it's their job to clean it. No doubt they were quick. But in that rush, they left many things behind.
It's a shame that a carwash business does not know the difference between a van and a large MPV. Prices are relative, at their office manager attitude and I'm disgusted. I feel sorry for the employees that work hard to do a good job, It seems that money "extra" earned by the business is better than being correct with the client. This was my last time here.Service: Auto detailing
Very good service and reasonable prices. They are sooo busy, we were in the queue for more than an hour, hence the 4 star. Next time will go on the weekends. Highly recommended.
Regularly use this car wash, no fuss, quick and easy, reasonably priced, no frills. Hard working and always laughing and joking!
Quick and efficient car wash. Charged £30 for a 7 seater. The car looks good and clean. Update: we checked the car again the morning and the wheels where not cleaned.Services: Auto detailing
Avoid! There are many other car wash places where they treat you like customers. All employees are rude especially the lady working there. She will shout at you for no reason. Avoid at all costs.Services: Car waxing
They say they are the best car wash in Berkshire without any credentials but this is the worst car wash ever! I used this Car Wash for the first time. I only have a small car. I made a mistake of paying the money before they said they had finished cleaning! They charged me £20 to clean in and out of my car. After they said they had finished I noticed there were so many places they had not cleaned that are promised on their price list. ** these guys are scammers! They will take your money first and then do a rubbish job. When I complained there to a Lady who took my payment she started shouting at me and started saying you will have to pay extra. She took one spot off and said they were doing me a favor. I showed her another spot and she said that is caused by a damage. I said it is just dirt and went to clean with my hands to show her but then she said you are not allowed and she cleaned it herself. It was not a damage, she was just trying to fob me off. Then she said I need to go and pay extra next time. Extremely lazy, unprofessional, unkind and costly service. Please stay away. Do others a favor too by telling them to stay away from Cow Boys of this Car Wash. I will never be visiting this car wash again.Services: Vacuuming
Very disappionting, the girl that works there chose wath cars go inside. Don’t go with a van there, you just wait your time. They don’t need your money.Service: Auto detailing
Not worth the money. Outside wash was very quick only one round of wash, not satisfying. I got inside clean done, vacuum was not great at all. Inside was still dusty. Rude responses as well. Will never visit this place again.
