Came here for a Chicken Pox vaccination for my son. The Pharmacist who administered it was lovely qnd put my son at ease. The rest of the staff were also happy and helpful. Brilliant service! Worth travelling some distance for.

The staff are helpful and the store is well stocked, but it is incredibly expensive. If you don't feel like shopping around, this is the place for you! If you are on a budget, go some place else.

A delicate issue here..... I was recently in the queue behind somebody who uses the needle exchange programme. The first thing which came to my mind, and ignorant and prejudiced on my behalf, is that I automatically presumed drug user/junkie. Yes they may have been, or many other reasons why they were using the scheme. A diabetic patient who needs to inject insulin for example. But my absolute confusion came about when the chemist said "we don't do the service between 12-2pm, after 5pm, or all day on Sundays.!" I don't think that this should be the protocol for being a dispenser/exchange for the scheme as i do believe that the returned equipment could be disposed of in a very wrong and careless way. I also however don't know how the exchange centres get chosen?? Could there be a more dedicated pharmacy in the area that can take over the responsibility and make everyone, and lest not forget the service user, feel more comfortable and less embarrassing moments caused for this particular pharmacy Outrageous
