Excellent service and extremely friendly staff. Went on not knowing a great deal, came home knowing everything I need to know. Staff were also very knowledge and gave honest advice. Will certainly be going back and would definitely recommend.

The staff are all friendly, experienced, helpful and are very knowledgable. They have a range of exotics, and I enjoy looking around and seeing animals that you wouldn’t usually see in other pet shops. I visit the shop often, and there’s usually something new whenever I go in there. I’m always greeted by their staff members as soon as I walk in and any questions I have are always answered for me. I’d recommend a visit here if you’re passing by.

Visited Warrington pets and exotics today and was very pleased on arrival, defiantly worth the journey. The staff are all well clued up and seem happy to help and explain. They have loads of stock, intact I've never seen a bigger variety of different reptiles before In one shop. I'm sure you will receive the same level of customer service as I did today. The girls there was amazing help!!!

I bought a tortoise from here, and after the well thought out courier service she is happy and healthy. The process was so simple, and the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Warrington Pets & Exotics for anyone who is looking to buy an exotic pet

FANTASTICAL!!! Amazing shop & the staff were the best! I waited 5 long years to find the right place to get my Hedgehog...really glad I waited because he’s healthy, happy & confident! They’ve stayed in touch to check up on Alvaro (means ‘Elf Army’) and make sure I was fine with his equipment and care! I can also email or call the shop if I ever need to and I know they have everything I will need for him! Just so happy & still in shock a little bit when I hold him or he runs to me...priceless!
