Had a full audio system installed, front and rear doors and a boot build. Amazing quality work and an excellent finish. Super friendly and helpful staff, talked through what I wanted and how to achieve it. Looks absolutely amazing and sounds even better, couldn't recommend them enough

I've had three units fitted by Warrington Car Audio. A Sony XAV-8050d in a BMW E90 and E92, each with a reversing camera, and a Blaupunkt SQR 46 DAB in a BMW E30. WCA were brilliant, the adapters required for the E90 & E92 were complex and WCA put effort in to find a solution. It required multiple visits, but it's fair to say that had I attempted this myself I'd have been stuck with an expensive paperweight. The cost of installation was entirely worthwhile and they persevered, getting the Sony units up and running seamlessly integrated with steering controls and retaining OEM parking sensors. The E30 was a doddle in comparison, but again great service and care given to a 30+ year old car that is my pride and joy were appreciated. Before I'd visited Matt took the time to listen to my requirements and suggest solutions for the E90 & E92 which would be compatible. For the E30, the Blaupunkt was the only option given the look, and they sourced it. Nothing but praise for Matt, Gary & the WCA team Highly recommended!

Had a tow bar fitted today! Great price and outstanding service. Kept us updated throughout and showed my husband how everything worked before we left. Top quality job. Even chucked in a free reg plate for us to stick on the new caravan. Thanks again guys.

I reached out to Warrington Car Audio Centre initially via their website and received a very fast response from Matt. A subsequent onsite visit was really useful to talk through various options for replacement speakers for a 2014 Mazda MX5. Matt was super knowledgeable regarding systems and very friendly. He proposed a system to match the needs of the specific car and did not try to over-sell for something that would not be required. I received a useful text reminder the day before the fitting. The audio technicians did an amazing job, it was as if the car were untouched - until I turned the radio on! WOW - awesome quality, rich bass and depth of sound. You got it spot on Matt! Hi went into the shop on sat as previously phoned regarding having a subwoofer fitted to my audi. I asked for a demo of subs and to go through the options. The chap at the counter said this one is not working that is not set up. So basically nothing works in the shop. So then I said well before you fit it can I listen to it he said no. Hence buying blind. I personally get the impression he was not interested in a sale and customer service was not existence to say the least. I would give zero but mo option. I just walked out as he said when we first it and you do like the sound then no refund. They want you to buy blind. Wondering if he does that when he buys goods. Do not touch this place if you are new to car audio. It is not about the products it's the way the person in the shop spoke to be lack of interest and did not even discuss what options were available. Did not even come out to look at the car. Very poor service

Really helpful advice on the phone, visiting the shop was really great. Exactly what I needed for my Corsa at a great price and really friendly service. 40 mile round trip was well worth it, really pleased.

Not the best of customer experience here. I had to visit 3 times to have a 3 hour job done. Reverse camera. 1st fitting they had wired it incorrectly so camera went off within 1 minute ? Why not tested ? 2 other visits to have wiring rectifiied and to have update to system to match what I was told I was getting for my £684.00. Oh, I recommend ALL communication with this place via e-mail as they will deny things that are said to you face to face. They don't sign their mails so you don't know who you are dealing with ! So, after having my car for 10hrs, 3 visits, the camera finally working as It was described to me on a face to face visit when asking for a breakdown of the £684.00 price tag. I just got a price in their quote with no detail of what I was actually buying . No offer of any compensation for my wasted time, I live 17 miles away so had to hang around Warringtion, nor any offer towards my fuel costs. .They charge £60.00/hr. Wonder what my wasted hourly rate should be charged at?

Amazing service and friendly staff. Took my car down to get the radio fixed, took them less than 5mins, was offered a coffee as well which is always a bonus. Would highly recommend this place!

All skilled and dedicated staff, no issue they won't take on. Easy to access, just next to Kwik fit Warrington. Friendly and informative team, I was served by Matt who was very helpful.I now have an amazing sound system in my car.

Fantastic service and the owner Steve really helped me after a rookie error of going to Halfords when I should have gone to the experts in the first place. If anyone wants a decent stereo with expert advice then I’d look no further than warrington car audio Thanks lads
