Not a very clean bus station. Always gangs of teenagers hanging about, shouting, swearing and smoking.nThe toilets are very rarely open and not very clean when they are. Plus you have to pay to use them on the odd occasion you find them open. We use the bus station quite a lot, plus ones in Chester, Manchester and Liverpool and theres are much cleaner. Plus in both Chester and Manchester the toilets are always open, clean and free.
I am writing this review to show how appalled I am with the behavior of your incompetent staff. On Saturday the 22nd of June, me and my best gal pal took a stroll into Warrington Bus Interchange. First of all the waiting time for the bus is absolutely disgraceful. The staff are lazy and the only person that was helpful was a warehouse worker that looked like my maths teacher due to the fact that the security / workers didn’t even know what buses came to which stands. Secondly our experience with the bathrooms was horrible. I am disgusted that you guys didn’t take the time to change the signs to make it clearer to which gender the bathrooms were assigned for. Due to this, we ended up paying 20p to use a toilet that was in the mens section. This wasn’t our fault though as me and my friend are partially blind and instead Warrington should of put effort into making the signs for the toilets bigger. The sign wasn’t even technically a sign. The ‘sign’ was a piece of flimsy paper stuck on the wall with tape. Me and my friend ended up using the toilets. However, because of the incompetence of Warrington, this led to my friend almost having a heart attack from the mere sight of a man. Due to this, she felt scared enough that she had to run into my stall which was unlocked due to the dodgy doors which made it unable to close. Since I am a lady, I have my cycle of nature and growth which had to be rushed due to a fat bald bearded security who startled us half to death. He was being very rude and aggressive even though it was just a small accident which wasn’t even our fault. We had to rush out of the stall and we even left our beloved Pepsi on the toilet roll dispenser due to the security guard scaring us half to death. We are still minors so we were left traumatised after we expert witnessed a man peeing with his bum out. After this, we ended the day with hopping on a nice bus ride, HOWEVER this bus ride was not as nice as I thought it was be. The bus driver scammed me and my friend into paying 2 pound for the bus eventhough we had our igos. Before this incident, my friend tried to pay using her weekly bus pass which was on her igo. The stinky bus driver told her that her igo was invalid eventhough it worked fine that morning and it didn’t expire until a few days. I am appalled by the service and I would appreciate it if your management could resolve these issues and maybe reach out to me to refund my 2 pound from the bus and the 20p i paid for the bathrooms. Thank you, but not a thank you. Instead poo you.
The interchanged closes early in public holidays even though there are still buses running, leaving passengers shivering outside in winter and evenings. This is sort of weird as I thought bus stations should stay open as long as there are buses operating. It’s not like you have a million dollars to guard from the kids hanging out therennApart from that everything else’s is goodnThe cafe makes excellent ham and cheese toasties but they close early too
Mess, buses do not came on time, ex. Came bus 329 on screen 329, 329 on windscreen on way 360 driver not informing when you enetred to bus, inside same zero information what bus is it, they doing what they want. Don't be suprised when your bus will change while you ve been inside and in half Way bus Tour will something wrong. Inside mess XXI century, one of the greatest economic power, when came disepointed people's approach.
3 star because I understand the drivers was working hard! They said that's your responsibility,! because you paid by cash, About the Machine No; Trip ID; Ticket No, all those are not work! the hot weather hope anyone keep your ticket Safety!
