Booked a table to watch the England v Belgium match with 10 friends. Pre-paid £52 for beers on arrival and half time platters. When we arrived our table was behind a pilar and flower vase. Requested a refund which was refused on the grounds the table had a view of the screen??!! and found an alternative venue last minute. Avoid this venue for sporting events with friends.
Went in for Lunch on Friday and it was busy. We got greeted by a lovely lady who somehow found a seat for us. We were a bit unsure what to have but she made suggestions and told us why it was her favourite. The service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. The lady that served us was very welcoming and polite. She was very friendly and provided a fantastic service, even though it was very busy she still find time to have a quick chat about the sales in the shops when my daughters ask. Will definitely returned. Great food and drink and fantastic service. I think the lady who served us name was Latoyah.

One of the best pubs in SOHO. The staff were friendly; they offered me another drink because my first drink wasn't made properly. They were lovely! The Warwick has good music and amazing atmosphere. We went on a Friday night, and it wasn't too busy or crowded. Definitely recommend.
Nice place. Nice staff. It was not even busy, but the food took too long to come after we ordered it. I got the 'Smothered Chicken' and it was nice when I ate it, but my stomach felt a bit weird after though. Very nice service and great songs on their radio!
Nice place. I am wondering how's during the weekend or on busy nights. We were the only ones when we got in. A few other people joined later but it was quite. I liked the cocktails and the design of the pub. Surprised though to hear Latin music in a pub ... about the staff... I hope they were only bored. I hope that's not how they usually provide a service because if that's the case, they could definitely improve!
Had a fun time celebrating my friend's birthday! Some staff are not very friendly! Smile would help!

This is a lively bar in the evenings with a good crowd and in a brilliant location. My friends and I often pop down for a few every now and then after work, especially for happy hour. However, there is a major draw back for me....The beer can be absolutely lifeless at times! I mean you won’t even see a single bubble rise to the surface after 3 minutes from pouring.To me, after a hard days work, there’s nothing like a good pint chilled and fizzing away in front of you, it’s what I look forward to. However, if your unlucky enough to be served this substandard brown liquid. It is a real anti climax to anyone’s day. When I complained about my pint the other day, the bar lady simply banged my pint with another glass to get any bubbles going again, but I assured her that this would do nothing as it will be dead again in 30 seconds. Then another member of staff explained how there was a problem with the gas and they are investigating it. It must be a long investigation as this has been an issue for 2 years at least! Don’t get me wrong, I have had good pints here, but it’s like a game of Russian roulette as to weather your going to get a good one or bad, and 5 times out of 6 it’s bad! Anyway, I’m no longer going here anymore and will pay more for better quality elsewhere. Shame as otherwise it’s not a bad place.
It has a happy hour between 5 and 7 I think which is good because the drinks are expensive. Also the do cocktail which is a great way of taken 3 times as long to serve one person and make the queues are the bar twice as long. The range of beer is good but it is all from taps will not cask beers
