Lovely food however as others said it is expensive but 1 pasty will certainly fill you up, I couldn't recommend coming come here when it's busy as the queues can get quite long with them reaching well into the car park and the coffee can be a little flat which isn't worth forking out the extra money for. Every now and then I'll pop in just for a Cornish pasty as quality wise it is better than the Greggs equivalent. It really wouldn't take much to turn this into 5 stars with some minor tweaks.
Myself and my wife queued 20minits so we could get a hot drink and something to eat, however, when it became our turn there were no hot drinks whatsoever, and couldn't even get a pasty, this was at 12 noon, manager havant a clue, we understand its a little busy, but why advise if you havant got it , need more professional staff.
Expensive pasite with little meat in. Way over priced for an average pasties.
Not been here before, went in to pick up a 'magic bag' the other day, great service & the girls were good fun, well recommended.
Excellent bacon sandwich and coffee before 11; Just £2.95 even better than other well known chain! . Also took away large steak pasty and flap jacks which were yummy
Took latte coffee back as tasted all milk.Second coffee worse and cold.You need to show your staff how to make it or provide a better quality coffee
How can one not love Warrens, the well-known Cornish pasty bakers from Cornwall and now here in Merthyr at the New Trago Mill store right on my doorstep. Wonderful, I have to control myself.. wonderful pasties of various flavours plus a lot of other produce . Also reommend the coffee. Pasty and a cappuccino ,WOW ,all for a song. ,Can life get better.? Highly recommend with helpful staff.
Best place for a Pasty and a Coffee after a long shopping in Trago. Definitely would recommend ! Smile and welcoming team and huge range to fill up all your needs. Quality allways on the same high standards whenever I jump on here. Thanks a lot guys!
What a shambles! Popped into the bakery today for a quick snack where it was clearly very unorganized and just chaotic! When asked what we wanted by one lady that seemed to be a manager walked off and left us asking who was then serving us? Another lady asked us again what we wanted and we proceeded to give our order, the manager returned with the start of our order and this then confused the other lady that was serving us and somehow in this confusing and stressful moment another member of staff was running around trying to get our order. We were then only given half of our order and asked for the money whilst the other staff member was still asking us what we were waiting for from our order. Luckily the screen was facing us and I could see what they had put through the till and I demanded a refund for half the stuff as there was no sign of it and some of the items that were listed weren't even asked for by ourselves. This left three members of staff crowded around a till arguing and shouting with bad attitude. We were given lots of change in pennies and 5ps when I could clearly see 20p, 50ps and pound coins in the till.
First time visit to Trago Mills and popped into here for some food and Drink. Staff member was rude with no social skills. Asked for receipt which was thrown at me.
