Spacious entrace with fresh cakes displayed vegan pasties. Two seating areas good for groups and families with prams. Although there is a disabled toilet/baby change the entrance is about 6" High from pavement but looks manageable. Free water is available in the first seating area. Pot of tea gives 2 cups of tea giving you time to catch up with free wifi, with outdoor seating. Staff friendly. This was my first trip for takeaway tea and £1.00 cake offer with drink.
Customer service is amazing with friendly staff. They have a great selection of hot beverages, pasties and pasty’s. Oh and let me not forget the best part the cakes are to die for
A great selection of baked goods with their own specialist ingredients and methods. Plenty of seating inside and on a sunny day you can sit outside. The pastries are incredible with a good selection of teas and coffee's.
I decided to stop by in the afternoon to have a coffee and do some work on my laptop. There was nobody in the shop so I thought I'd ask if they'd be kind enough to lower the volume of the music so I could call a client. One of them kindly agreed and did it right away. The other one put the volume back on after 2 mins and decided it was the right moment to wipe the floor and bang the wall and chairs around me. Definitely not the best experience.
Nice place to get just a coffee or having a quick lunch. Good selection of cakes, I suggest to try the vegan peanut butter cake, very delicious. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice.
Four staff and only two customers, but so slow, staff have no urgency - was about to walk out. Bought salmon sandwich in celephane wrapper which was put in a bag, then in a differnt brown paper bag, so three paper/plastic wrappings for one sandwich! Where is the training and managemnt! I will give this place two years tops.
