Sorting return for a ring has got to be hard work, no reply from messages to them. No phone number what aloud of rubbish, they have received my return no confirmation about refund. PS always check reviews not very good warren james!!!!!

Window shopping for wife xmas prizzie
Third class after sales service. Bought a gold ring online but dint like it. Took it to Leeds shop for a refund but the lady there has no idea how to deal with online customers. She is only concerned about customers in her shop. Had to return it online.
