Rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful especially the Italian lady and the female pharmacist.nThe staff members and pharmacist were all eating pizza freely infront of customers and not washing their hands and then dealing with medication. The chemist is filthy and is in need of a deep clean. Staff members stop arguing with your customers and listen and you may find communication improves.nDue to the nature of an incident that happened and the appalling filthy conditions of the chemist it is now in the hands of the local authorities to investigate.
Shockingly bad! Family member has already had to make a complaint about being given the wrong medication! Since then, we had to go in 3 times to attempt to collect prescription meds and, on the last visit, it was finally handed over, 35 minutes later. Not worth the worry of not being able to get meds that are really needed.
They can never find my prescription, despite me leaving more than enough time for it to be collected I mean at least a week. Staff are rude to one another and this translates to their customers. My prescription was ready and I was not made aware not the first time not even sure who to send this feedback to or if it will be acted upon.... overall a very frustrating experience that I still have to pay for the 'pleasure' of using.
They will try and charge you for government issued recalls.nnI pay for Epipens. This GP called me on consecutive days to exchange mine for a safe one. On arrival, they asked for payment. So I'd have paid for 2 epipens and ended up with one, if I hadn't pleaded my case - shady way to make money.
I'm using them only because they are the closest to my house. They are rude, slow to serve and unprofessional. Despite the convenience of their proximity to my home, I'll change to different pharmacy soon.
